Asked & Answered: What If God Has Already Replied?
Most of us have a prayer list. Maybe it lives in a journal, a notes app, or just somewhere in the back of your mind — a running catalog of everything you're hoping God will fix, change, or provide. Drawing from 2 Chronicles 7, where God responds to Solomon's sweeping prayers over the nation of Israel, Pastor Saz unpacked three remarkable promises that God makes to those who seek him. The first is perhaps the most personal: I will hear from heaven.
In a world where most of us feel overlooked, unimportant, or simply too messy to matter, that promise lands differently. You don't have to clean yourself up first. You don't have to have the right words. God hears you — right now, exactly as you are.
The Gift You Forgot to Ask For
The second promise is one that often gets skipped over in the rush toward bigger prayers. God says he will forgive. Before the breakthroughs, before the healing, before the provision — there's freedom. Pastor Saz was refreshingly honest about how easy it is to turn prayer into a performance review with God, rattling off requests while glossing over the quiet, transformative power of simply saying I'm sorry and receiving grace in return.
